By using Fiavaion software or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Our Software

All Fiavaion software is provided free of charge. We don't charge for downloads, usage, or features. Our software is funded entirely by community contributions through Patreon and Buy Me a Coffee.

License

Our software is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. All rights to the source code are reserved by Fiavaion. Generally:

• You may use our software for personal and commercial purposes
• You may not modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software
• The software remains the intellectual property of Fiavaion

No Warranty

Our software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to ensure quality and security, but we cannot guarantee that the software will be error-free or meet your specific needs.

Limitation of Liability

Fiavaion and its contributors shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our software. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Community Funding

Contributions through Patreon and Buy Me a Coffee are voluntary donations to support our work. They don't constitute a purchase and don't entitle you to specific outcomes or features. However, we do our best to honor our commitments to supporters.

The Stewardship Protocol

1. Voting & Feasibility: Supporters vote on development priorities. If a winning feature is determined to be technically infeasible by the Lead Developer, the feature will be shelved, a detailed technical explanation will be provided, and all votes cast for that feature will be returned to supporters to be re-allocated in the next cycle.
2. Project Expansion: Moving a project from "Concept" to "Beta" is a significant resource commitment. These milestones are triggered only when the "Community Support Threshold" is met, ensuring sustainable development.
3. Refund Policy: Contributions support active development time and are non-refundable once the voting cycle has closed.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our software or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
