The Fiavaion Pact
Open Source, Open Stewardship, Open Future
"Your tools. Your data. Your AI."
The Privacy Paradox
Local AI offers a simple promise: Sovereignty. You run models on your own hardware so your data never leaves your control.
But if the tool you use is closed-source, you are merely trading a cloud-based black box for a local one. You have to trust that your data is safe.
I believe true privacy requires verification. That is why Fiavaion is committed to transparency.
The Reality of Sustainable Development
Fiavaion is built by a solo founder, not a venture-backed army. This constraint is our greatest strength—it keeps us agile and honest—but it also means bandwidth is finite.
In the traditional software model, developers lock their best features behind paywalls to justify their time. This creates a conflict of interest: the developer is incentivized to withhold value.
The Solution: Open Stewardship
We are breaking that cycle. Fiavaion is adopting an Open Stewardship model.
The Code is Open
We don't sell licenses. We don't lock binaries.
The Roadmap is Yours
We don't guess what you want. You tell us.
How "Stewardship" Works
By supporting Fiavaion, you aren't buying a product; you are joining the Steering Committee.
Direct Democracy
Patrons vote on which features serve the community best. Your voice directly shapes the direction of development.
Project Elections
You don't just choose features; you choose the apps. We have a "Coming Soon" table of experimental tools. Your support determines which one graduates to Beta next.
The Feasibility Guarantee
If the community votes for a feature that is technically impossible or unsafe, I will explain why, and your votes are returned to you to spend on a different priority. No vote is ever wasted.
The Invitation
Fiavaion is a tool for the people, built by the people.
If you want to use it, it's free. If you want to sculpt it—to ensure it evolves to solve your problems—join us as a Steward.
Let's build the local-AI future together.
