The Reality of Sustainable Development
Fiavaion is built by a solo founder, not a venture-backed army. This constraint is our greatest strength—it keeps us agile and honest—but it also means bandwidth is finite.
In the traditional software model, developers lock their best features behind paywalls to justify their time. This creates a conflict of interest: the developer is incentivized to withhold value.
The Solution: Open Stewardship
We are breaking that cycle. Fiavaion is adopting an Open Stewardship model.

We don't guess what you want. You tell us.
How "Stewardship" Works
Supporting Fiavaion is a donation, not a purchase. There is one supporter tier, and every supporter's vote counts the same.
One Voice Each
The public roadmap is open for anyone to vote on today, and supporters vote on it alongside everyone else. No weighting, no tiers: the size of a contribution does not buy a louder vote.
Which Tool Next
The roadmap covers whole products as well as features. There is a set of tools in the workshop, in early alpha; the votes help decide which one is built out next.
An Honest No
If something the community votes for turns out to be technically impossible or unsafe, I will say so on the roadmap and explain why, rather than leave it sitting there looking planned.

Fiavaion is a tool for the people, built by the people.
